These Terms govern your use of PhoenixDms services provided by Phoenix DMS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Service
We provide hosted software for license management, reseller operations, and desktop client distribution. Features depend on your subscription plan. We may update the service with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer our software, circumvent license controls, resell access without authorization, or use the platform for illegal activity or malware distribution.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the platform. You retain rights in your branding and customer data you upload.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
