Partner verification requirements
Phoenix DMS LLC operates a controlled B2B network for diagnostic software licenses, branded installers, and prepaid tokens. Every reseller and distribution partner must complete identity and business verification before issuing access to end customers. This protects buyers, payment partners, OEM data providers, and the integrity of the platform.
Stripe Connect for supported regions
Where Stripe Connect is available, partners onboard through Stripe-hosted identity verification and payout setup. PhoenixDms never stores full card numbers — end-customer token purchases use Stripe Checkout on our domain.
Alternative settlement where Stripe Connect is unavailable
Stripe Connect is not offered in every country. For partners in regions without Connect (including parts of Eastern Europe, South Asia, and other restricted markets), Phoenix may approve invoice + wire settlement or an approved third-party payout provider after enhanced manual review. These partners still must pass business verification — only the payout rail differs.
Verification process
All tracks follow the same compliance bar; timing and document depth depend on entity type and payout method.

Compliance & acceptable use
Partners distribute software access, not unregulated mechanical services. These rules apply to listings, marketing, and customer support.
License & OEM integrity
- No key sharing, credential pooling, or HWID spoofing
- No bypass of module entitlements or token ledger controls
- Respect OEM and data-provider terms embedded in Phoenix modules
- No resale of access as “lifetime unlimited” without defined subscription terms
Lawful professional use
- Software sold for legitimate diagnostic and repair workflows
- No promotion of emissions defeat, safety-system disablement, or odometer fraud
- Off-road / competition use must be clearly disclosed to end customers
- Compliance with EPA, EU Type-Approval, and local regulations where applicable
Consumer & B2B transparency
- Accurate descriptions of modules, tokens required, and renewal periods
- No hidden platform fees after checkout
- Published support hours and escalation path
- Honest delivery timelines for activations and branded builds
Payments & tokens
- Do not collect card data on your own site for PhoenixDms products
- Prepaid tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy — partners must not promise exceptions
- Chargeback evidence: HWID log, token credit timestamp, activation record
Ongoing monitoring
Verification is continuous. Approved status can be paused or revoked if metrics or audits fail.
Limited payment collection appointment
By becoming a PhoenixDms partner, you agree that Phoenix DMS LLC may act as your limited payment collection agent for customer purchases processed through Phoenix-hosted checkout:
“Partner appoints Phoenix DMS LLC as its limited payment collection agent solely to accept payments from end customers on Partner’s behalf for PhoenixDms licenses and tokens. Receipt of funds by Phoenix DMS LLC from a customer shall constitute receipt by Partner and discharge the customer’s payment obligation to Partner, subject to Partner’s settlement schedule after applicable holds.”
What this means
- Customer payments to Phoenix DMS LLC satisfy the customer’s obligation to you for covered products
- Your recourse for settled amounts is against Phoenix DMS LLC under the partner agreement, not the end customer
- This appointment is limited to payment collection — not service delivery, negotiations, or employment
- Full terms are incorporated in our Terms of Service
Partner liability
Partners remain responsible for:
- Quality and accuracy of services described to their customers
- Stripe dispute fees and evidence submission when sales are attributed to their account
- Compliance with export, tax, and consumer laws in territories they serve
- First-line support; Phoenix escalations via support@phoenixdms.com
Sustained dispute rates above 2% may result in suspension. Fraud, intentional misrepresentation, or repeated policy violations may lead to permanent termination and forfeiture of pending payouts per the partner agreement.
