2. Data we collect
- Account data: full name, email, phone, password (hashed), street address, city, state/region, postal code, country, preferred plan.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, login timestamps, security logs.
- Payment data: Card details are collected by Stripe Checkout; we receive payment status, customer ID, and invoice metadata — not full PAN/CVC.
- Support communications: messages you send to support or sales.
3. Purposes
We process data to create and secure accounts, deliver digital access, bill subscriptions, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service.
4. Legal bases
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We use processors such as hosting providers, email delivery, and Stripe (payments). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and dispute purposes after closure.
