Yes. Credit packs can be bought on the website Credit Shop and from checkout flows linked to the Windows desktop app, always via Stripe Checkout.
Verified resellers earn under approved commercial terms for remote diagnostic services they deliver. Platform subscription and usage-credit card payments are processed by Stripe with PhoenixDms LLC as merchant of record.
Unused credit purchases within 14 days may be cash-refunded per /refunds. Used credits are generally not cash-refundable. Subscriptions follow the cancellation rules.
Unauthorized vehicle access, stolen vehicles, crack/piracy, immobilizer abuse without authorization, emissions defeat, fraud, and any illegal use. See Prohibited Uses.
Access to PhoenixDms software and digital platform features, organization management, and the Windows desktop client included with eligible access. Usage credits for operations are purchased separately. PhoenixDms does not sell third-party OEM software licenses.
