How access and services are delivered
- Customer creates an account at /register.
- Customer purchases a platform subscription and/or eligible usage credits.
- Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout.
- Account access and credit balances are provisioned electronically after successful payment.
- Eligible remote diagnostic operations are performed through the PhoenixDms platform and authorized desktop client by authorized automotive professionals and verified partners.
- Results or digital outputs are delivered electronically through the customer's account or workspace.
- Login credentials and receipts are sent to the email on the account.
Delivery timeframe
Instant / digital: Account access and unused credit packs usually under 15 minutes after successful payment. Remote diagnostic operation results are delivered electronically after the authorized operation is completed.
